Clapham Basement Excavation Project 

This project transformed a modest 2-bed, 1-bath ground-floor flat into a stunning two-storey home featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. We fully stripped back the property and excavated a 10-foot-deep basement level to create an expansive additional floor. Thanks to three strategically designed light wells—front, rear, and central—every room in the home enjoys abundant natural light, making this property a rare and remarkable find in the area.
